Provide us with your specific requirements, and we will develop an assembly concept and generate a full set of blue-prints and assembly drawings to meet your needs. Our knowledgeable and courteous engineering staff is available to assist you with every aspect of the design process. EVS uses SolidWorks© CAD software to model and unfold your parts. Solid modeling allows us to transfer your design to metal quickly and accurately and to identify potential manufacturing problems at the design stage - before any parts are punched out. EVS utilizes the Metalsoft© CAM system to program our lasers and turret presses swiftly and precisely. All CNC machinery on the shop floor is connected directly to our network, allowing for safe controlled storage and immediate access to all CNC programs. We use the Surfcam© CAM system to generate programs for our machining centers.
