We can spin mild steel up to 1/8”, stainless steel 1/16”, aluminum 1/4", brass 1/8”, and copper up to 3/16". We spin many other metals as well, please inquire.

Tooling:

We produce metal spinning chucks (mandrels), roller and trim tooling in house from numerous materials to produce your parts. Depending on the part’s material, thickness, production volume and required precision, the tooling is made from tool steel, low carbon steel, brass, aluminum, phenolic, epoxy resin-fiber, nylon, hardwood and other materials and combinations some of them proprietary to EVS, but developed to produce your parts accurately and economically. Segmented, split, key and plug tooling are also produced in house.

Secondary Operations:

We can CNC punch or laser cut precision openings & hole patterns in flat nosed part geometries before the part is spun. We also produce post spun side openings and hole patterns using horn tooling. We offer In-house TIG, MIG & other welding services give you the option of having us provide a more complete assembly for your project. Also, we offer manual and rotary assisted grinding, sanding and polishing operations are also performed in-house. And, hardware insertion is available.

Short or Long Runs:

We develop single prototype parts and assemblies. Production from 1 to 1000’s of pieces.
